ALBAWABA - Hafsanur Sancaktutan denies drug use after positive test results.
Following a recent investigation into prohibited substances conducted under the instruction of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, arrest warrants were issued for numerous celebrities, including actress Sinem Ünsal, singer Emir Can İğrek, and actress Hafsanur Sancaktutan.
The results of drug tests conducted at the Forensic Medicine Institute on Emir Can İğrek, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Ogün Alibaş, and Sinem Ünsal, who were detained as part of the investigation, have been announced.
The tests revealed that singer Emir Can İğrek, actress Hafsanur Sancaktutan, and Ogün Alibaş tested positive.
Actress Hafsanur Sancaktutan, who was detained as part of the drug investigation targeting celebrities, made a statement on her social media account after her test results came back positive.
Blood, urine, and hair samples were taken from the suspects as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
The report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institute stated that three individuals, including Sancaktutan, Emir Can İğrek, and Ogün Alibaş, tested positive. According to the report, cocaine and related metabolites were found in the hair samples of these individuals.
Following the public release of the results, Hafsanur Sancaktutan broke her silence. In her statement, the famous actress emphasized that she has never used the banned substance mentioned in the news and stated that she will request a retest from the official authorities.
Expressing her belief that the situation is a misunderstanding, Sancaktutan stated that she is ready to take every step necessary to uncover the truth. She also added that she is deeply shocked and saddened.

"I have absolutely never seen or used the banned substance mentioned in the news throughout my life. I will request a repeat test from the official authorities of the Republic of Turkey. I am sure there has been a misunderstanding. I am ready to do whatever is necessary to prove this. I am very surprised and very upset."
