Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi denied recent circulating rumors that she is encountering marital problems with her husband Egyptian businessman Ahmad Abu Hashima. The singer posted on her official page on the social network Twitter that she and her husband are happily married and there are no problems between them. She added that she wishes people would stop creating lies about her personal life.
Haifa’s schedule is currently very busy with concerts around the Arab world. The first stop Haifa will be making is on November 22 in Doha as she will take part in a grand performance alongside Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alamah to celebrate Qatar’s Independence Day. After the Doha concert, Haifa will head to Dubai where she will hold a special performance at a fashion show for internationally well-known designer Roberto Cavalli.
The singer is also scheduled to travel to the United States to film a music video in the state of California. The clip is for the duo she sang with American pop star Snoop Dog. Haifa will appear in a new look different from the one she appeared in the recent clip for the song “Bukra Bafarjeek” (Tomorrow I will show you).
Haifa intends on filming a new song in the Khaliji (Gulf) dialect composed by Fayez Al Saeed once she returns from the USA. The clip will be directed by a Lebanese director and fans are in for a big surprise once they see Haifa singing in the Gulf dialect for the first time.
