Kuwaiti journalist Halima Poland announced that a few days ago she had a miscarriage after feeling severe pains in her stomach. Halima stated that the miscarriage was not predicted since she was not suffering from any prior illness and according to her doctors she was leading a healthy pregnancy.
Halima was in her final month of pregnancy and a couple of days before the miscarriage she began feeling pain and thought it was because she was fasting but when the pain increased she was immediately admitted to hospital and had the miscarriage.
According to the Kuwaiti daily Al Rai, Halima stressed she is thankful for everything and it was God’s will. Halima revealed that when the miscarriage occurred she had a nervous breakdown and was very sad over her lost.
During her first public appearance after the incident on the satellite television channel Funoon on the show “Nijmat Al Qamar”, Halima broke down in tears talking about her loss.
