Hanan Shawki in front of Moore in Hollywood

Egyptian actress Hanan Shawki has confirmed that she would leave for the United States before the end of this month upon an agreement she would conclude with a production company to star in an American movie infront of well-known superstar Demi Moore. 

 

The Saudi daily al Riyadh has reported that the movie would also be starring actors from Tunis and Morocco. Shawki has told the newspaper that "the production company has nominated me and I accepted after reading the scenario," adding that it's a great opportunity for every Arab artist to have. 

 

The movie, whose name was not determined yet, depicts the story of two twin sisters one living in Cairo and the other in the US. The sisters face so many problems but successfully overcome all the obstacles. 

 

Nowadays, Shawki is undergoing lots of training to loose wait in order to fit in the character she'd be playing, "I will devote all my time to the movie," Shawki said, adding that she's also attending many aerobic classes lately. 

 

Shawki has recently finished shooting "Sa'iduna Tulakuna" (Help Us and You'll Find Us) TV series along with actors Mahmoud Qabil and Suhair al Murshidi. – Albawaba.com
