The upcoming Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery mobile game will allow players to craft their own Wizarding World story as seen in the latest gameplay trailer for the title.

The clip, released Thursday, begins with a young witch receiving her letter of admission into Hogwarts and shows her being placed under the Sorting Hat to decide which house she belongs to.

The trailer then showcases how players will be able to make their own customizable character in the game and decide where they belong between Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin.

Players will attend classes in the game to learn new spells and potions and will have dialogue options available to decide how to interact with fellow classmates.

Harry Potter characters such as Hagrid, headmaster Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall. Professor Snape, Professor Sprout and Professor Flitwick also make appearances.

Hogwarts Mystery is set in the 1980s prior to Harry Potter's birth, when Nymphadora Tonks and Bill Weasley were students. The game, developed by Jam City and Portkey Games, will launch free-to-play and be available for download through Apple's App Store and Google Play later this year.
