Ashley Judd sinks claws into 'Catwoman'
Meow! Catwoman is finally getting her own movie -- starring Ashley Judd instead of Michelle Pfeiffer as the latex-clad vixen.
Currently in theaters starring in the romantic comedy "Someone Like You," Judd inked the deal to portray the felonious feline in "Catwoman" last week, Hollywood press reports.
The "Batman" series has brought a lot of dough into Warner Brothers' belfry, and the studio is eager to add to it with fourth and fifth entries.
The studio has an incentive to try something new in the franchise -- the last installment, "Batman and Robin," was universally panned and by far the lowest grossing of the series.

Money buys him Love's house
Money can sure buy him this Love -- her house that is.
One-time Beatle Paul McCartney has purchased Courtney Love's home in the Hollywood Hills for some four million dollars, the Los Angeles Times reports.
McCartney said he bought the French Country-style house on nearly one hectare (two acres) because he was tired of staying in hotels when in Los Angeles, the paper said.
He and his late wife, Linda, spent many days at their Tucson ranch but lived primarily in a farmhouse in England.
Love, who bought the home from actress Ellen DeGeneres in 1997, put the four-bedroom, 437-square-meter (4,700-square-foot) house on the market because she wanted to spend more time in New York.
The rocker-actress, 36, plans to keep a smaller home on the West Coast.

Seinfeld, Jones to honor Ennis Cosby
Comic Jerry Seinfeld and music impresario Quincy Jones will headline a special night to honor Ennis Cosby, the son of comedian Bill Cosby who was murdered in 1997.
Seinfeld will MC the April 24th event, hosted by Bill and Camille Cosby to benefit the Hello Friend/Ennis William Cosby Foundation.
Also appearing will be Chaka Khan and Diane Schuur with proceeds to benefit a graduate certificate program at Fordham University serving local kindergarten through second grade teachers.
Ennis Cosby, a graduate student at Columbia University teacher's college, was murdered on January 16, 1997, when he stopped by the side of a deserted freeway to change a flat tire.
Ukrainian-born Michael Markhasev was convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole. In February, Markhasev admitted his guilt and abandoned his appeals.

Pee-Wee just a fun guy
Paul Reubens, who became famous as Pee-wee Herman on "Pee-wee's Playhouse" and later infamous for his arrest at an adult theater, isn't willing to act his age, reports Time Magazine.
Reubens, who appears in the new release "Blow" with Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz, is 48 but off-screen he mixes with a younger crowd.
"It's like if I were loaded out of my mind on spring break and saw Captain Kangaroo," Reubens told Time.
During filming of "Blow" in Acapulco, a group of drunken university students invited him to their hotel party. It wasn't the first time he's accepted invitations from fans.
"I went to someone's house for dinner, and it turned out everybody already ate, and they just watched me eat. I've gone over to complete strangers' houses," he told the magazine.
In 1991, Reubens pleaded no contest to indecent exposure after his arrest at an adult theater in Florida.

Valerie Bertinelli -- famous as a 1970s sitcom star and also as main squeeze of rocker Eddie Van Halen -- is coming back to prime time television.
Bertinelli will be the newest celestial messenger on CBS' "Touched by an Angel."
Her character will be "a novice angel" seeking guidance from the more experienced Monica (Roma Downey).
Bertinelli -- who turns 40 on April 23 -- was the stuff of many teenage boys' dreams from 1975 to 1984, when she played Barbara Cooper on the hit TV series "One Day at a Time."
