Prominent Syrian actor Duraid Laham was given an Honorary PHD from the American University in Beirut (AUB), Lebanon. Duraid was given the PHD in recognition of his all his dedications to humanitarian causes.
Peter Dorman, President of AUB, said that Duraid is not only well-known in Syria, but he is famous throughout the Arab world and abroad and throughout his life journey has shown his devotion to helping those in need.
