Finding it difficult to keep your thirst for extra food at bay this Ramadan? Lebanese singer and sports enthusiast Diana Haddad has the solution for you!

In an Instagram photo showing her all geared up in her gym clothes, a petite Diana advised her fans to keep fit this holy month, if they want to stay in shape.

Although Diana fasts in Ramadan, she tends to eat only a little when the sun sets.

"I always prefer to break my fast at home with my family and friends; that way I can control how much I eat. I know it sounds like I eat a lot, but the truth is, if I drink a glass of water it feels like I've just had a rich plate of rice," Diana wrote.

The singer also emphasised the importance of regular exercise, before teasing her fans, asking, "Come on guys, confession time, how many of you exercise in Ramadan? No cheating now!"
