Egyptian director Safwat al Qeshairi has begun shooting the new TV series al Kharif Lan Yaati Abadan (Autumn Will Never Come) scripted by Mohammed Aziz and starring Hussein Fahmi.

The series is about a self made businessman (Hussein Fahmi) who incurs heavy losses as a result of conspiracy by some people against him. This leads to the collapse of his commercial institution and the breaking up of his family. With the drama escalation the man manages to return to his original career as a simple carpenter and succeed in recovering his social and economic status and the reunion of his family members.

“The series with its 170 drama characters and rich new scenes that are not repeated aims at raising the value of work,” Qeshairi told the daily al Gomhuria.

On the other hand, Qeshairi reproached the Egyptian TV for not airing his series al Sirdab (Basement) starring Mahmoud al Saadani despite the fact that he wrapped it two years ago. The series is a real story about a young nomad from Sinai Desert whom the Israeli Intelligence succeeded in transforming into a smuggler and drug trafficker. After the liberation of Sinai, the nomad moves to Cairo and a longstanding struggle erupts between him and the police until he eventually falls -- Albawaba.com
