Yep, she was absent from the paps' eyes for the full pregnancy cycle, only to reveal that she's just given birth to a baby boy.
The actress gave birth to her second child in the United States. According to Laha Magazine, Mona and her hubby, Egyptian comedian actor Ahmed Helmy, wanted to grant their baby the American citizenship, which explains the birth location!
The couple had travelled to the US with their first child Lilly three weeks before Mona was due to give birth to their newborn.
