Japanese actress Miho Nakayama found dead in bathtub

ALBAWABA - Popular Japanese actress and singer Miho Nakayama was recently found dead at her home in Tokyo, Japan, according to local news media. 

The 54-year-old actress was found dead in her home's bathroom but the local Metropolitan Police Department concluded after investigating the incident in question that Miho Nakayama's death was sudden with no foul play involved, as reported by The Japan News.

Best known for her acting career, Nakayama who first debuted in 1985 had quite the movie roster under her belt including the internationally critically acclaimed movie, 'Love Letter' which earned her several Best Actress awards. By the time of writing this article, the movie has a 7.9/10 rating on IMDB and a whopping 96 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

In addition to her acting career, Nakayama also picked up music and made it big in Japan's pop industry during the 1980s and 90s. Other than being one of Japan's most popular teen idols, Nakayama also debuted her first studio album titled 'C' in 1985.
