Avid aviation aficionado John Travolta is used to having his head in the clouds.
But after declaring Dubai’s skyline the best in the world upon landing in the emirate on Monday, the ‘Grease’ star got another view of the city from the At The Top observation deck at Burj Khalifa.
Travolta is in Dubai this week in his role as ambassador-at-large for Qantas. The Australian national airline signed a deal with Emirates earlier this year that means flights to Europe from Australia now stop over in Dubai rather than Asia.
Travolta said of Dubai’s skyline: “I don’t think there’s anything like it in the world.
“It’s breathtaking, man. The skyline is outstanding.”
