If you were looking forward to hearing the sweet voice of Egyptian singer Khaled Selim in his latest album, then you’re going to have to wait for its release just a while longer.
Despite already having recorded seven singles for the album and Khaled’s desire to release it during last Christmas, he stated that this wasn’t the right time to do so due to the unstable political conditions in Egypt.
The handsome singer said that Egyptian people are currently occupied with voting for the new Constitution, which will take place in mid-January and it is therefore in his best interest to postpone the release of his album.
According to Laha Magazine, Khaled added that he intends on adding three more songs to the album, which will vary in style in order to cater to the different tastes of his fans. He noted that once conditions settle down he will announce a release date for the album.
