No, not like that! The Egyptian singer is searching for a poet he'd once met, but clearly the two never exchanged numbers at the time!
Selim posted an Instagram message asking his Kuwaiti fans to help him look for a Kuwaiti poet he'd met years ago.
"People of Kuwait, especially artists who have been around since 2009, help me! I met a man at Kuwait International Airport and he was a very respectable person. He told me that he was a composer and is new to the scene. He gave me a USB stick with a composition to one of his songs."
According to Laha Magazine, Khaled only listened to the composition about a year ago and was astonished by the music's beauty and the composer's voice, who had sung the song himself.
Khaled added, “I do not remember the man’s name and have no idea how to reach him. I just want to tell him thank you for the joyful state of mind that overcomes me every time I listen to the song. Thanks to the poet and distributor, and if anyone can lead me to this man I will be very grateful.”
If people can trace back their biological parents on the net, then you'll be reunited with the "father of your composition" soon enough, Khaled!
