Everything thus far has seemed totally innocent, even getting into the spirit of the Holy Land by baptizing their baby North, on Kanye and Kim K's visit to the Levant, but this family is not exactly known for being pious.
Hip-hop artist Kanye West, his reality star wife Kim Kardashian, their daughter, and Kim's sister Khloe all descended on the region after having spent five days in the Kardashian's heritage land of Armenia.
The baby's baptism was allegedly the first thing the crew set out to do after landing in Israel's International airport in a private jet on Monday. Daily Mail reports that they were promptly scurried to an ancient Armenian church in Jerusalem where little Ms. North West was baptized in a pretty white gown. Her auntie Khloe was still in her casual traveling attire of ripped jeans and sneakers, but her mother and father were dressed more appropriately (shocking, right?!) with Kanye sporting all white and Kim rocking a striped wrap around dress.
They then hopped over to dine with Jerusalem's Mayor Nir Barka last night where he requested the Hollywood posse "to be ambassadors of Jerusalem and to spread the message around the world that Jerusalem is open and everyone is wanted here," The Jerusalem Post quotes him as admitting.
The troupe is also expected to knock on neighboring Jordan's door today. We curious how the Muslims in the Hashemite Kingdom will welcome the scandal-soaked celebs. It's rumored that the purpose of their visit will be to promote tourism in the nation that boasts one of the wonders of the world, but the country's conservative residents are surely shaking their heads that a woman who's posed nude before has been selected for the position of promoting their treasured Petra.
We do have to wonder, will it still be Holy Land after the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" cast has been on site? Oh, and will Kanye bust out an impromptu concert in Jordan like he did in Armenia? Keep an eye out for our answers!
