Kourtney Kardashian has a lot to juggle.

The 38-year-old star not only appears in nearly every episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and poses for brands like Calvin Klein and PrettyLittleThing. She also is a single mother to three kids: Mason, eight, Penelope, five, and Reign, three.

But on Thursday the eldest Kardashian sister revealed on her site kourtneykardashian.com that she has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to keeping her cool.

That same day the bombshell shared a photo to Instagram of her lean body as she made a shake in her kitchen.

In a post titled How Meditation Helps Me the ex of Scott Disick said: 'Every day, I try to wake up 20 minutes early—before the kids get up—to meditate.

And she picks a very unusual place in her gigantic Calabash, California mansion she bought for $8.5m in 2014.

'I usually sit on my bathroom floor on a mat in front of the bathtub. Early in the morning, this room has lots of natural light and is really quiet. Sometimes I like to set an intention for the day too.'

The girlfriend of Younes Bendjima then said: 'I have been practicing mindful meditation, which is a method of checking in with yourself by focusing on your breath, awareness and being present.

'If my mind wanders, I try to bring back my focus to breathing.'

She ended with: 'Having a calm start to the day is really grounding and something I do whenever I can make time.'

Next came her Self-Care Checklist.

'Even when my schedule is full, I try to get some self-care in daily. It's so important for a healthy balance in life.'

After meditation she reads daily devotionals.

'Another thing I try to do early in the morning is read from my daily devotional book. It's one page a day and it's always so spot-on. No matter what is going on in my life, somehow the passage usually relates!' said the petite star.

She also spends time outside. 'I love being outside and try to hike in the canyons a few times a month.'

And of course there is exercise in the morning.

'I usually work out five to six times a week when I'm home and doing my normal routine.

'I have found that mornings are the best time for me to exercise, since finding time at the end of a hectic day is more difficult. I stick to mornings and make sure it's on my schedule.'

And she ends with Wind Down Before Bedtime: 'At the end of a day, it's so necessary to relax and unplug!'

This post comes after the beauty revealed her weight in a deleted scene from Sunday's Keeping Up with the Kardashians, telling sister Khloé Kardashian that she weighs-in at just 98 pounds.

In the E! clip the sisters are chatting with pal Simon Gebrelul in Khloe's kitchen as Kourtney makes a salad.

'I had to run inside so fast, I thought I would melt,' Kourtney said.

Khloe told Simon, 'You know she’s 97 pounds?' to which Kourtney replied, 'Guess what? I gained a pound - I’m 98' pounds 'since yesterday to today.'

The 5ft reality TV diva then said that her son Mason, eight, is catching up with her.

'You know Mason is 62,' she said, noting that her eldest son is only 36 pounds away from weighing the same as her.

In April 2015 the eldest of the Kardashian siblings took to social media to reveal that through diet and exercise, she was down to 116 pounds, less than five months after welcoming her son Reign on December 14, 2014.

'I’m five feet tall, so everyone relax, she wrote in the caption adjacent to the post. 'I’m on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation.'

Kourtney, who's dating model Younes Bendjima, 24, explained on her app/website in 2017 that one of her dietary keys is staying away from the sweet stuff.

'I always try to avoid sugar - especially refined sugar - for so many reasons,' she said. 'First, sugar is addictive and I notice that after I eat it, I need it.

'Sugar doesn’t sustain you when you actually need energy, like for a workout. Also, when I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears.'

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs Sundays at 9pm on E!Stream in the UK and Ireland on hayu
