La Perle is going to be gracing Dubai.
Located in a specially-built venue in Al Habtoor City, La Perle is an aquatic theatre show designed by renowned Italian artist Franco Dargone.
La Perle will seat 1,300 attendees on 14 rows. That is 1,300 seats carefully placed around a pool using 2.7 million litres of water for each show, allowing each attendee a full view of the proceedings: a dazzling array of heart-pounding aerial and water stunts. The water is mixed with dry ice and lights to reflect the galaxy on the ceiling, lending the proceedings an epic feel.
The hope is that the experience will be both intimate and grandiose. A 270 degree seating configuration is split into gold, silver, and bronze sections, with prices starting at DH400 (approx. $108) and going up to DH1,600 (approx. $435).
The show will run for ninety minutes, twice a day, for five days a week. The first show will take place August 31st.
