If you enjoyed the TV drama “Farah Layla” (Layla's Wedding) last Ramadan, then you might want to hold onto those feelings for a while longer, as its leading star Laila Elwi dropped the bomb that there may not be a sequel next year.

The series talks about a woman in her forties who hasn't yet gotten married due to several psychological issues.

Although makers of the show had previously confirmed its return in a sequel next year, they seem to have changed their minds now.

Laila is currently in talks with the show's director, Khaled Al Hajar, to make a final decision on the issue.

Rumor has it that the actress is the one who changed her mind about working on a sequel due to the lack of good criticism received by fans and show critics for part one.

Would you like to see a part two of “Layla's Wedding?”
