Kim Kardashian and Larsa Pippen used to be the best of friends but, seemingly out of no where, the relationship fizzled.
Pippen, 47, opened up about the abrupt end to her friendship with the billionaire mogul and admitted she really didn't 'even know what happened' but thinks that she 'knew too much' about Kim and Kanye's drama.
Larsa said in a recent episode of Real Housewives of Miami that she was too close to the family and bore witness to what went out behind closed doors which made her 'a problem'.
'What was the story between you and Kanye West, by the way,' Adriana de Moura inquired.
Pippen tried to shrug off the question by saying they were 'just friends' but her co-star dug further and wanted to know what really went down with the Kardashian-West family.
Later in a confessional, Larsa revealed: 'I don't even know what happened. I was best friends with [Kim Kardashian] and I love her and I love Kanye and I just was the person who was stuck in the middle.
'I took a beating because I was the friend that was basically there and saw everything and that basically was the demise of our relationship. I knew too much, I was a problem and so whatever. That's kind of what happened.'
After Pippen and Kardashian had a falling out, the friends apparently mended fences, as Pippen opened up to Us Weekly last month declaring that she and Kardashian were 'in a really good place' to begin 2022.
Pippen said 'there was a lot [of] miscommunication at the time', which included Kardashian and Pippen unfollowing one another on social media.
'We've all apologized to each other,' Larsa said. 'People have disagreements with their friends all the time, but because of who we are, it's just so magnified. In reality, it's like, you know, maybe I could have navigated it different. Someone else could have navigated [it] different.
Pippen said in a November 2020 edition of the Hollywood Raw podcast that West had a destructive impact on her friendship with Kardashian and her siblings, and had 'brainwashed' them against her.
Pippen, the one-time best friend of West's estranged wife Kim Kardashian, was put off by the remarks, citing her past relationship with Kardashian.
'I'm not bringing up your friends, so maybe you shouldn't bring up my friends,' Pippen told de Moura, who countered that West is 'a public figure.'
Pippen said that everyone in her life 'is a public figure,' before telling de Moura to 'shut the f*** up.'
