Same celebrity feud, different day!
Yep, Egyptian actress Liqa Suwaidan and her estranged hubby Egyptian superstar Hussein Fahmy are at it again.
Liqa must have steam coming out of her ears since Fahmy just won't pay up the money he owes her from their divorce. Seriously? Surely he must have stacks of cash in the bank after his long successful career in television.
According to Sayidaty.net, $92K should have been paid to Liqa years ago. That's why she's now seeking the help of Egyptian President Sisi to help her sort this mess out once and for all.
We hate to break it to Liqa, but Mr. President has kinda got more pressing issues to attend to right now!
On second thoughts, this might be a job for the president after all, since Liqa's former complaints to the Egyptian Prime Minister clearly got her nowhere.
Liqa said that it just happens that Fahmy's daughter's husband is the Chairman of the National Bank of Egypt - where Fahmy holds his money - and that he's using this as an excuse to delay paying her.
The distressed actress added that her complaint is mainly directed at the bank, as well, that should have speeded up the process of paying her what she rightly deserves, reported Sayidaty.net.
Will Liqa get the money she's owed, or will Fahmy reportedly get away with not paying her with the help of his influential friends?
