In a live-stream on Snapchat, journalist and actress Mai Eidan answered audience questions.
During this stream, Eidan answered a question on Badr Al Zaidan, saying she could provide no feedback on his acting as she hadn’t seen his TV show.
Then she answered a question about Shaila Sabt, the Bahraini actress, stating that she “sometimes” enjoyed her acting and sometimes did not.
But it was then that somebody asked about singer Maya Diab, prompting rage. Who, asked Eidan, is Maya Diab? “Maya Diab is a silly hussy, with a dirty mouth, who doesn’t have a single successful song to her name!”
Seems personal.
