It's been a whirlewind 2015 for Mai Kassab with all kinds of highs and lows, dropping and surging like a theme park ride. From marital bliss to a lawsuit against her by her former producer, Mai has had quite the tumultuous journey so far this year.
The latest in the Egyptian artist's life is on a joyful note. She is super proud of her husband Oka for the documentary film "Who Loves the Lord, Lift Up His Hand" (Illy Beheb Rabbena Yerfa Ido Fouq) about his band. She shouted out her congratulations for her man and his group 8%.
The film which tells the story of band members Oka, Ortega and Shehdeh Careca's rise to fame.
Mai published an image of the film, and wrote: "Congratulations to my darling husband, and to my brothers as well for showing their movie, a documentary film about the story of the struggle and the rise of Oka, Ortega and Shehdeh Careca, I am happy and proud for you, Honey, because you are honest. May Allah keep you for me."
That lovin' feelin is clearly mutual on Oka's side because not long ago he puckered up and planted on his celebrity wife in public for all to see, and said "I want nothing more than this, my wife and my band."
Mai replied back by saying that when she married Oka it was like marrying him, his bands and their wives.
"I just love them all," she said.
