American singer and actress Selena Gomez is apparently too sexy for Malaysia.
The 24-year-old superstar landed in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday evening (24th July), where she will be performing as part of her international Revival Tour.
While the young star was greeted by excited fans at the airport, the youth wing of Malaysia's Pan Islamic Party (PAS) want to close the curtain on Selena's Monday concert.

According to Perez Hilton, PAS think that Selena is "too sexy and needs to cover up."
Committee chairman Hafez Sabri said:
"The presence of the American-born singer, who is synonymous with sexy appearances, would tarnish the sanctity of the month of Syawal which is being celebrated in earnest and further stoke the hedonistic culture among the country's youths."
Surely Selena and her PR team are well aware of PAS's protests, which brings the following question to mind: Did her stylists pick out more conservative outfits for her Malaysia concert?
