She revealed her children Bella and Anwar Hadid have secretly been battling Lyme disease for three years.

And Yolanda Foster definitely has the support of her other daughter Gigi Hadid and her boyfriend Joe Jonas.

The 51-year-old reality star clung on to both the stars while on an outing in New York City on Friday.
Joe, aged 26, already seems to be part of the family as he sweetly walked arm-in-arm with the mother of his girlfriend on the streets of the Big Apple.

The former member of the Jonas Brothers was a perfect gentleman as he opened the door for his girlfriend and her mother while heading to a fancy lunch at Nobu.

After leaving the restaurant it was 20-year-old Gigi's time to walk along with her mother as they held hands while Joe walked on ahead of them.

The trio were out in the Big Apple reportedly doing some apartment shopping for Gigi, according to a Friday report from TMZ.

The gossip site claims that Joe and Gigi will not be moving in together, however, as the new place for the model to lay her head. The move seems to be much needed as a stalker broke into her Soho apartment back in July.

Yolanda went casual chic on the outing as she wore a blue blazer over a plain white top, skinny cropped blue jeans and white slip-on shoes.

Her short blonde locks were combed back as she wore designer shades over her face which had natural, complimentary make-up on it.

Gigi looked comfortable in a light blue graphic printed hoodie over skinny blue jeans and matching light blue lace-up shoes.

Joe looked stylish in a brown leather flight jacket featuring a black wool lined collar over a white top, skinny black jeans and grey AdidasSupercolor Superstars by Pharrell Williams shoes.

Later on in the day, they were joined at Nobu by birthday girl Bella, who turned 19, and her 25-year-old singer boyfriend The Weeknd.
Yolanda's husband David Foster was also in attendance, however, her 16-year-old son Anwar was not seen on the outing.

The outing comes the day after the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was honoured at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in New York where she made the shocking revelation about her two children.

Addressing the crowd in an emotional speech, Yolanda said: 'When my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were also diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012.

Watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me in my journey, struck the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me.'

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection spread to humans by infected blacklegged ticks, which are found in woodland areas and on pets.

When ticks bite into human skin, the bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi infects the person’s body.

Sufferers usually experience a circular rash, muscle pain, joint pain and flu-like symptoms after infection. And left untreated, the infection can spread to the joints, heart and central nervous system.
