Lebanese singer Mariam Fares is preparing to enter her second cinematic experiences through a new film she will be personally producing and funding. It is stated that prominent Syrian actor Duraid Laham will star in the film alongside Mariam.
The film is taken from the famous play “Pygmalion”, which is written by famous Irish Playwright George Bernard Shaw. The famous play was used for a number of projects in the Arab world the most noted was the play “My Fair Lady” that starred Egyptian prominent actor Foad Al Muhandis and actress Shuwaykar.
Mariam stated that she still has not decided on the remaining cast that will take part in the film.
