Lebanese singer Marwa is scheduled to appear as a guest on the program “For Those Who Dare Only,” aired by the Lebanese Broadcasting Company “LBC.” On the program, aired weekly on Saturdays, she will candidly answer controversial questions posed by host, Tony Khalifa.

Marwa is expected to reveal information about her social status and her relationship with people in the entertainment world, and other unknown, juicy details about her life.

Marwa is set to stand trial for allegations of fraud, after producer Mohammad Madi filed a lawsuit against her. Mohammad claims that he had signed a five-year contract with Marwa, giving him exclusive rights to her work. After recording her album, “Umma Na’ema,” Mohammad was shocked when Marwa released the music video for the song “Mashrabshi El Shai” with Rotana music channel, without his permission.

Mohammad is demanding 300 thousand USD in compensation, in addition to the removal ofing all albums from the market that she released outside of their agreement.

In defense, Marwa claims that she was never paid a large sum of money from Rotana for the music video for “Mashrabshi El Shai.”

Allegations have been made against Marwa that she uses her sexuality to gain popularity. The singer denies these allegations, stating that she is against such vulgar displays, and that what she presents simply extenuates her natural femininity.

In a well articulated argument, Marwa explained that wwearing revealing clothing or moving in a certain way during a music video are guidelines determined by the director, and they do not necessarily reflect the nature of the singer.
