As the new season of MBC's 'Shat Bahr Al Hawa' (On the Seashore), hits screens across the region, viewers have already got more than they bargained for.
The popular show sees some of the Arab world's favorite stars taking a trip on a glamorous cruise ship.
And this year MBC has managed to persuade bigger and better divas than ever before to get on board with everyone from Tamer Hosny to Bassem Feghali taking part.
In the first part of the season, viewers were over the moon to see Wael Kfoury and fellow Lebanese sex-pot Maya Diab slip away for some fun in the sun.
But after getting giddy on a glider plane, the pair came crashing down to earth with a bout of dizziness and nausea.
A video released on YouTube shows Wael standing with the show's medical crew, jokingly offering to give the starlet CPR.
Like ordinary men across the region, it seems even superstars will use any excuse to be mouth-to-mouth with Maya.
