An arguably absurd photo of Miss Lebanon 2015 praying in a church has turned her into a social media joke in the Arab world this week.
Valerie Abou Chacra was pictured attending an Easter service with her family, and while the brunette beauty was conservatively dressed, she felt the need to complete her outfit with one essential accessory: her "Miss Lebanon" sash!
(Al Jaras Magazine)
Why in the world (speaking of, she came in fourth place in the Miss World 2015 competition) would Valerie feel the need to put that on?
If it was to say "hey, it's me Miss Lebanon, everyone," then the 24-year-old needs a new agent!
Valerie, you didn't go to church to meet and greet your fans, you were there to "meet" with God.
But could the young beauty queen have been there on an "official" visit? Or was this seemingly silly picture photoshopped?
Either way, Valerie doesn't seem to be too concerned with the cyber world's opinion of her. The starlet is much more concerned with her latest achievement: Winning Global Beauties 'Face of the Year' Award!
Congrats, Valerie, but an explanation regarding this mini mishap is surely in order!
