She recently admitted she feels like she's going through 'therapy' writing her upcoming autobiography.

Yet Mel B, 42, didn't appear to have a care in the world as she attended the Hello! Magazine x Dover Street Market anniversary party in London on Wednesday with her daughter Phonenix, 19.

Looking as glamorous as ever, the Spice Girl turned heads in a glittering mini dress, with the mother-daughter duo looking more like sisters on the outing.

The semi-sheer bodice was also glittering with heavy embellishment, strategically placed to protect her modesty.

Injecting some further colour into the ensemble, Mel donned a pair of patent yellow court shoes that boosted her modelesque frame.

Phoenix also looked sensational for the outing, sheathing her figure in a silver sequinned jumper style dress.

She teamed the garment with suede grey thigh high boots, and proved she had her mother's quirky sense of style by donning purple sunglasses.

The pretty brunette finished off the look by sweeping her glossy tresses back into bunches.

Giggling gals: The mother-daughter duo strode out hand in hand from the party

Making moves: The pair were in high spirits as they said their goodbyes

Mel and her daughter weren't the only glamorous duo at the party, as Rod Stewart made an appearance with his stunning wife Penny Lancaster.

Meanwhile, Tamara Ecclestone wasted no time getting back on the showbiz circuit as she also attended the glitzy bash.

Bernie Ecclestone's daughter kept a watchful eye on her four-year-old daughter Sophia who was seen playing with a balloon.

Charlotte Hawkins also looked striking on the outing, donning a stylish floral jumpsuit.

The TV star showed off her enviably svelte frame in the one-piece, patterned with bold pink and orange flowers all over.

The jumpsuit featured mesh lace shoulders and a ribbon belt, as well as a sexier diamond cut-out at the chest to tease at her cleavage underneath.

She maintained the glamorous feel of the look with glittering heeled sandals, which she co-ordinated with gold drop earrings and a beaded nude clutch.

Styling her hair into loose waves, Charlotte drew attention to her youthful complexion as she posed outside the event - accentuated by glowing make-up and a soft pink lip.

Binky Felstead was also in attendance at the bash with boyfriend Josh 'JP' Patterson.

Binky showcased her lithe physique in a tiny semi-sheer strappy top, featuring a plunging V-neck design to the front of it.

The top teased her bra beneath and was awash with large polka dots on it.

She tucked it into a pair of black high-waisted slacks and completed the look with a pair of black strap heels.

She sported a natural glow from her recent photoshoot abroad, in which she soaked up the sun on a Portuguese beach.

She merely added some bronzer and a sweep of mascara to her look, leaving her chocolate tresses to fall slickly around her lean shoulders.

Boyfriend JP looked suave in a light beige blazer, which he wore over a baby blue, open-collar shirt.

He wore jeans and tan loafers and added a jaunty pocket square to the look at his breast pocket.

Meanwhile, Mel B's appearance came after she took a seat on the panel on ITV's Loose Women on Tuesday to discuss her future ventures as well as detailing the strain of her last relationship in her book.

The former Spice Girl dubbed the process of writing as 'therapy' and her 'own personal journey' as she has 'three daughters by three different men' and 'never wants to talk bad about their fathers.'

Mel is mum to three children - Phoenix, 19, from Jimmy Gulzar, Angel, 11, from Eddie Murphy and Madison, 6, from Stephen Belafonte.

Her last marriage to Stephen, to whom she was with from 2007 to 2017, is still quite the turbulent affair with Mel petitioning for sole custody of her youngest daughter Madison.

And while she has seen the heartbreaking demise of the marriage, Mel is adamant that she will not speak negatively of him in her new writing venture.

'It’s the story mainly about the last 10 years,' she revealed before continuing: 'I’m kind of just exposing what I’ve been through the last 10 years... my marriage and relationship… quite the ups and downs.

Speaking on whether she would let her three daughters read the book, she continued: 'Oh yes. I’ve got three daughters by three different men, three different solid relationships. I would never want to talk bad about any of their fathers.

'We made beautiful babies together and all three babies were made with a lot of love. It’s more about my personal journey and what I put up with and what I allowed to happen.'

Expressing her hopes on what she hopes her daughters will take from the book: 'Just to recognise certain things; to recognise what an unhealthy relationship is and not to settle for anything other than respect, love and honesty and that’s it.'

Mel was then asked about how her children react to her famous Spice Girl mega-status: 'I think because I don’t have, as my 6-year-old says, poufy hair, my 6-year-old and my 10-year-old, they don’t really believe I was in the Spice Girls.

'It’s funny because they haven’t seen us together perform, perform.

'When I told them "Maybe mummy’s going to be going back on tour and getting back with the Spice Girls", they were like, "Yes, finally we get to see what you told us you did for real!"
