Last week, they enjoyed a father-son lunch in Beverly Hills.
And on Monday, Michael Douglas, 73, and his eldest child, 39, Cameron were together once again as they stepped out for the Ant-Man And The Wasp premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles.
The handsome duo looked sharp in their respective ensembles.
Michael, 73, was styled in a head-to-toe black suit, sans tie.
Cameron contrasted his father in a bright ensemble.
The father-of-one completed his look with a pair of navy pants and red slides.
The eldest son of the Hollywood actor welcomed his daughter Lua with his partner Viviane Thibes, 40, in December, one year after completing a seven-year prison sentence.
News of Cameron's first baby joy and Michael's first grandchild broke in August, with a source telling People: 'Everyone is thrilled for him. Michael is looking forward to being a grandfather.'
Wall Street actor Michael also has son Dylan, 17, and daughter Carys, 14, with Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 47, his wife of 17 years.

His role: In Ant-Man And The Wasp, Michael plays Dr. Hank Pym
Lua's arrival comes one year after Cameron was released from prison after serving seven years for drug possession.
He received a five-year sentence for possession of heroin and selling methamphetamine, with his sentence being extended when he admitting to smuggling drugs into prison.
The star - who appeared in 2003's It Runs In The Family with his dad Michael as well as grandfather Kirk Douglas, 101 - has been sober ever since.
