But on Thursday Bella Hadid indulged for the day as she chowed down on burgers during a beach day with friends.
The 21-year-old took to Instagram to share her delicious meal with her followers.
'That's all folks #happy5th,' wrote Bella.
In the snap, Bella, styled in a 90s-inspired striped tank top, leaned back as she went for a large bite.
On Instagram stories, the model shared a snap of her pals' various burger choices.
Following her burger indulgence, Bella uploaded photos of herself showcasing a mix of model poses.
The Los Angeles beauty comes from a family of supermodels, with sister Gigi, 23, and brother Anwar, 19, both participating in the profession.
Gigi recently sat down with Serena Williams, 36, for V Magazine to share what it's like to have a sister in the industry.
'I absolutely love it. It's very rare to have what Bella and I have in fashion, what you and [Venus Williams] have in tennis,' she began.
'I feel lucky to be able to have a piece of home in my work environment. We are each other's biggest fans. It has been a huge joy of my life to watch my little sister flourish and to help when I can!'
Last year, Bella chatted with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, and discussed the same topic.
'Most of the time our markets are completely different. And if we get booked on a job and she gets it or I get it, we're both happy for each other. There are enough jobs in the world for both of us.'
'There's no reason for us to be mad at each other or competitive. So if she gets it, then good for her. We're in the family so she can buy me a pair of shoes.'
