A little bit of Lebanese, an edge of Egyptian, and a kiss of Khaliji all make for a new album as diverse as Myriam Fares' wardrobe. "The Queen of the Stage" says she's almost ready to rock the region with her brand new album.
After her luxurious vacay, she's been burning the candle at both ends, meeting with famed poets and composers to ensure that the finished product is of the highest standards. She's got a reputation to uphold, after all!
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Myriam will personally fund the production through her company "Myriam Music". The album will feature music from different cultures. Leave it to the lady to know what she's doing. Her previous album "Min Iyouni" (From My Eyes) is still witnessing serious success, and her songs are ranked on top of the charts.
She's still managing to squeak in some time to appear on "Dancing with the Stars" tonight on the Lebanese channel MTV, no doubt with a surprise or two in store for expectant fans.
