ALBAWABA - Despite being vocal about the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, Lebanese actress Nadine Njeim is the talk of social media after making a comment angering pro-Palestine activists and users alike on X (formerly known as Twitter).
The comment by Nadine Njeim was a reply to a post speculating if the actress has recently started posting about the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza in "Fear of losing followers" because of the current worldwide "Blockout 2024" trend that had users across social media blocking and unfollowing celebrities who are not vocal about the matter whether Arab or Western.
She responded to the post by slamming the account and said, "Sorry?! It turns out, I'm the one responsible for the war and the blood as well?! Really, sometimes a person is confused about what to do."

This is not the first time Nadine Njeim was under fire for Gaza
In response to the comment, Arabic users across social media were not happy with her reply and slammed the celebrity by adding a recent photo of herself while holding a McDonald's cola bottle during the ongoing boycotts for Gaza and Palestine which also angered users.
One user added, "Oh, I forgot to block you on X, here you go."
On the other hand, many took to Nadine's defense and judged whoever criticized the actress by saying, "No matter what you do and say, someone will judge you", referring to the fact that Nadine has been vocal about the matter in question.
