In a tweet containing pictures of the mic, the diva wrote, "A symbolic gift from Joe Karam. The microphone is encrusted with 12,368 pieces of Swarovski crystals, which took 24 hours to assemble. Thank you."
The black crystals you see in the photo spell out Najwa's name in Arabic.
