Famed for her beautiful blue eyes, Nancy Ajram has unluckily had to undergo surgery on them.
The Lebanese superstar's lifestyle requires her to wear all sorts of makeup on a daily basis, which has resulted in harming her eyes.
According to Sayidaty.net, Nancy's business manager Jiji Lamara said, "Nancy was injured in her eye as a result of makeup, and doctors have placed a lens in her eye so the wound could heal, but the lens broke and injured the eye again. Nancy was forced to undergo an operation to fix the problem."
As for the optimistic singer herself, she tweeted, "I had eye surgery done and I have left the hospital. I am now recovering well."
Jiji reassured her fans by saying, "Nancy is doing well and recovering from the surgery. She has left the hospital and is now at home to get the all the rest she needs."
On a happier note, Nancy recently celebrated her six-year anniversary with her hubby Lebanese dentist Fadi Hashem. Spreading their loves to her fans on Facebook and Instagram, Nancy posted photos from their special day and attached a special audio track from the song "Min El Yawm" (From Today) in honor of their anniversary.
