A wave of controversy swept across social media platforms in the past few hours, coinciding with reports claiming that actress Nesreen Tafesh had separated from Egyptian businessman Ahmed Johar, just 10 months after their marriage was announced.
Nesreen Tafesh Calls for Accuracy
For her part, Nesreen Tafesh addressed the rumors, denying them in a television interview. She asserted that all the circulating reports were completely false and had no basis in reality.
She expressed her strong displeasure at the spread of these rumors, describing the speculation as "rumors" lacking accuracy and professional credibility. She urged the public to be cautious and not be swayed by social media news aimed at stirring controversy.
Nesreen Tafesh: My Husband Doesn't Like the Spotlight
Nesreen had previously spoken about her husband, emphasizing that he doesn't like the spotlight or fame. She continued, "He's not the kind of man who listens to others and gets overly jealous in an uncomfortable way. God is great; may God protect him."
She added, "Ahmed has extraordinary emotional stability. He prefers to avoid the public eye and does not seek fame. His social media accounts are private because he values his privacy." She described him as having "very high innate, emotional, and social intelligence. " He knows he married an artist, and he stands by me and supports me so I can be the best artist I can be."
An Unfinished Experience in Ramadan 2026
It's worth noting that Nesreen Tafesh was slated to participate in the Ramadan 2026 drama season with the series "Ana wa Huwa wa Hamm" (Me, Him, and Them) before it was pulled from the lineup at the last minute and postponed due to time constraints. A date for resuming work on the project has not yet been set.
"Ana wa Huwa wa Hamm" is written by Nesreen Tafesh in collaboration with a writing team, directed by the Syrian director Zuhair Qanoua, and produced by Billion Productions.
