Egyptian actress Merna Al Muhandis will star in a new film called “Youm Ma Tabelna” (The Day We Met).
According to the London daily Elaph, Merna’s return to cinema comes after a long absence. Her last film “Al Eyal Harabat” (The Kids Ran Away) also starred Hamadah Hilal.
Merna was initially supposed to make a guest appearance in the new film, but then the director decided to make her one of the main characters.
In the near future Merna will finished another film called “The Academy” staring Wama Team and Ola Ghanem. She will also star in a new television drama series to be aired during the upcoming Ramadan season.
