American fashion designer and television personality Nicole Richie talked to funny TV host Ellen DeGeneres about her recent trip to the futuristic city of Dubai.
Nicole, who shot to fame after appearing with her best friend Paris Hilton on the reality TV show "The Simple Life," said that this was her first time in the Middle East, and described how everything in Dubai is "the first, tallest, biggest etc in the world."
She was particularly fascinated by the camels she rode in the desert, which she described as "happy and friendly dogs." Turns out the 33-year-old almost fell off her camel moments before the snapshot she showed the studio audience was taken.
The Fashionista was in town to showcase her fashion line at a pop-up shop as part of Dubai Shopping Festival. During her visit, Nicole met with press and fans on January 29, hosted a styling session at the pop-up shop on January 30 and another fashion event at The Dubai Mall on January 31.
