Reliable sources have confirmed that prominent Syrian actress Norman Asaad has gotten married to a wealthy Gulf businessman and quit her acting career for good.
It was stated that the groom had paid an enormous sum of money to the actress in addition to presenting her with five different diamond sets, a mansion and cars in return for her leaving her acting career.
The marriage marks the third for Norman, the first one being to Syrian comedian actor Aiman Zeidan, whom she had her only daughter with. The second man Norman had married was Iraqi director Adnan Ibrahim, who had directed her most television drama “Rajaha”.
Norman and her Ibrahim had previously announced they intended on establishing their own production company. Hence, both at the time vowed that they will not enter into any new agreements with other production companies.
The last film the actress was in was “Al Ushaq” (The Lovers) under the direction of first time director Hatem Ali. In the film, Norman played the role of a woman who is filled with so much emotions and acts romantic and lives her life based on illusions, but throughout the course of events, she is hit with reality and is subject to hardship.
