Prominent Egyptian actor Nour Al Shareef revealed that he will be returning to television with a new drama titled “Arafah Al Bahr” and an entertainment program. The actor stated that Egyptian drama has faced difficult times and all stars need to work together to bring it back to life.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Nour said that the drama tackles a very important social issue that will touch the hearts of everyone who watches it. He added that at the current time he refuses to present a work about the Egyptian revolution for the mere fact that the revolution is still ongoing.
Nour had asked the producing company of the drama “Bain Shaoutain” (Half time) to postpone filming until the end of the New Year due to the fact that it is a comedy and he feels in the current time works that tackle important social issues should be presented.
The actor revealed that he is currently looking for a new idea to present in a new show that he wants to host. He said that he wants the show to aim at guiding the youth on how to practice their democratic rights and be able to accept different points of views.
