For the first time in their careers, young Egyptian actor Ahmad Izz and Lebanese actress Nour will take part in a radio drama series “Film Arabi” (An Arabic Film), which is scheduled for broadcast during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to the London based Elaph, the drama will be aired on the Egyptian FM radio station. This step shows the interest that most cinema stars have in performing roles for radio drama instead of television dramas.

Recently, rumors circulated that Nour and Ahmad were to get engaged, but neither had admitted the two will be tying the knot.

Nour had stressed that no such plans of engagement exist, and they are merely good friends who happen to work on the same films.

The two actors have worked on several joint projects; the latest is the film “Malaki Iskindirya,” which is already considered the most successful film of the summer.

Ahmad explained that for the time being his heart is alone, since he has been focusing all his energy toward building his acting career. The actor noted, once the time comes and he finds the woman of his dreams, he will happily announce the news publicly.
