Oh, G.R.L! Redfest DXB announces two new artists

Withith next month’s RedFestDXB just around the corner, organisers have confirmed the two final acts as G.R.L. (pictured) and Wilkinson.

The fest takes place on February 12 and 13 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

G.R.L is the brainchild of Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin. The band is known for international pop hits Ugly Heart and Wild Wild Love (with Pitbull), but also endured the death of one of its members, Simone Battle, in September.

Wilkinson meanwhile is a rising British drum and bass producer famed for his UK top 40 singles Afterglow, Half Light (featuring Tom Cane) and Dirty Love (featuring Talay Riley).

Other artists appearing at the festival include Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea, Irish pop-rockers The Script, rapper Kid Ink, Hideaway singer Kiesza, R&B hotshot Tinashe, pop newbies Rixton, indie band Bastille, soulful singer Jeremih, DJ duo Gorgon City, Liar Liar singer Cris Cab, newcomer Ella Eyre and Moroccan rapper Two Tone.
