Cairo’s October Police Station has released prominent Egyptian actor Nour El Shareef after he was called in for to give his testimony in the lawsuit against him filed by an Egyptian businessman.
Egyptian businessman Hisham Mohammad filed a lawsuit against Nour accusing him of stopping the cashing of a check Nour had given him for business they did together. Hisham stated that Nour had given him a check for 2 million Egyptian pounds and before he reached the bank, Nour had called the bank and asked them not to cash the check.
After the lawsuit was filed, Nour was called in to give his testimony and stated that he had in fact wrote two checks to Hisham, but the first check is not to be cashed before June 10, 2012 and the second not to be cached before December 10, 2012.
