After recovering from serious injuries sustained from a car accident in Morocco, Egyptian actress Poussy has received the approval from her doctors to return to acting.
The actress has been nominated by director Mohammad Abu Al Su’ood for the leading role in the upcoming play “Al Balcoona” (The Balcony).
According to the UAE based daily, Al Bayan, the play is written by French writer Jan Anwi and will costar Ali Hasaneen and Caroline Khalil.
Also, Poussy revealed that she will return to the small screen in the new television drama series “Al Hub Ba’ed Al Mudawalah” directed by Tayseer Aboud.
The actress is determined to complete both works in order to prepare herself for the upcoming film “Oum Ya Masri,” in which she will play the leading role alongside her husband, prominent Egyptian actor Nour El Sharif.
Poussy has apologized to the Egyptian television network for being unable to continue in the production of a show to be aired during Ramadan, due to time constraints.
The upcoming show invites superstars to appear as guests, and then attempt to assist the stars in finding resolutions to their problems.
