Out of Order (Khareg El-Khedma), a psychological thriller, is directed by Mahmoud Kamel who worked in collaboration with Venezuelan-British cinematographer Arturo Smith.
Previous works by Kamel include Mekano, Adrenaline, Adam's Village, Midnight Party and the TV series The Blind Cat.
Starring Ahmed El-Fishawy as Saeed and Shereen Reda as Hoda, Out of Order takes the viewers into the dark and twisted relationship between two protagonists: a hustler and a lonely widow.
The film's script was written by writer Omar Sami and its score was composed by Tamer Karawan,
The premiere of Out of Order took place on Sunday 22 February and was attended by celebrated movie stars, critics and media figures. Its commercial release is scheduled for Wednesday 25 February across cinemas in Egypt.
