Ragheb Alama used to share a seat on the Arab Idol panel with Nancy Ajram, and the two usually had a rather amiable relationship. Fans were thus surprised when Al Jaras Magazine reported that the two Lebanese artists were at odds, at least online.
Feeling the need to clear the air, Ragheb tweeted to the world (and Al Jaras) that he and Arabia's sweetheart songstress were still ol' buddy, ol' pals.
"With all do respect to the news piece that was released on your humble magazine, it is important to me to clarify that the relationship between me and Nancy Ajram is on excellent terms and we never blocked each other," Ragheb allegedly tweeted, according to Al Jaras.
Nidal Al Ahmadieh, Chief Editor of Al Jaras, replied to Ragheb saying, "With all love and respect, we did not say that you blocked each other from real life, we merely said you blocked each other on Twitter."
Ragheb responded, "My dear there is no form of blocking with Nancy in life nor on Twitter, and if there was a 'unfollow' then it was done by mistake and was a technical issue, for many things happen accidentally."
Ragheb immediately resumed to follow Nancy on Twitter once more, and she did the same.
Now all is well again in our social media celebosphere.
