The heirs of the late artist Muneer Murad have filed a lawsuit against the production company 'Rotana', which produced the latest album by Lebanese diva Elissa "Halet Hub" (A Case of Love) for including the song "Awil Mara IThib Ya Qalbi" (The First Time You Love) without obtaining permission from them to sing the song.

According to Laha Magazine, the heirs of Muneer Murad, brother of the late Egyptian legendary singer Layla Murad, filed the lawsuit and demanded to be compensated by 'Rotana' an amount of 200 thousand Egyptian pounds and also demanded that the album be removed from record stores in Egypt.

The album features 14 songs two of which are oldies remixes, one "Awil Marah IThib Ya Qalbi" and the other "Hilwah Ya Baladi" (Beautiful My Country) by the late internationally known singer Dalida.
