No use trying to stay away from the spotlight as Lebanese diva Sabah is still bombarded with rumors on a regular basis.
The latest one alledged that she remarried to a 21-year-old toy boy named Deeb Al Mutairi, someone younger than her grandchildren.
The rumor quickly spread on numerous social networks and news websites posted photos of Sabah accompanied by a young man, said to be her new hubby.
According to Sayidaty.net, Sabah's niece Claudia Aqil, who has been accompanied Sabah for several years, denied the rumor and said that her aunt did not remarry and expressed her disappointment with the online media for publishing such lies without confirmation from the singer or her close contact.
Claudia added that such lies are a big insult to Sabah and the young journalist.
She also said, "Such rumors are a disgrace, why do people not validate what they write by going back to a trusted source. Has social networks became our source for news only regardless if they are true or not?"
Claudia added, "Sabah has been the source of joy for many people and Arab countries and it is a shame when someone begins creating ridiculous rumors about a renowned singer stating that she has remarried despite her old age and that such actions do not suit her."
Finally she invited anyone who wishes to find out any gossip about Sabah to get the scoop from her family and close contacts.
