Who's the lucky guy? Egyptian director Hazem Katana, who will be tying the knot to his dark-haired beauty this month.
No date, venue, destination or anything else for that matter has been revealed, but we're thinking the couple might go for a destination wedding. Greece, anyone?
This will be Sandy's second marriage. She was formerly married to her business manager, Husam Badran, but the paid got divorced after a very public and messy feud.
As for the 31-year-old's music career, have no fear; the singer will be releasing a new single in the very near future.
