Shakira's father, Willilam Chadid, has got himself into hot water after publically stating that he would love to be a grandfather. The singer's proud Lebanese father was just speaking his mind but rumors are now circulating that he was hinting at Shakira already being pregnant!
Not true - says Chadid, he was just saying he'd love her to have a child. But according to a Colombian newspaper, the star is already six weeks pregnant with boyfriend, Gerard Pique's child and is just waiting for the right moment to go public.
But wait! Now Chadid has put out a press statement denying Shakira's pregnancy. The proud father said it would make everyone in the family very happy if his daughter did settle down but that she certainly isn't doing that right now.
